Cyndy has been a board member of the Victor Central Schools Educational Foundation from its inception. In addition to being president of the Board of Trustees, she is also the chairperson of the Grants committee. Cyndy is a 1978 graduate of the Victor Central Schools, Cornell University and the George Washington University School of Law. She is an attorney with a private practice in Pittsford specializing in collaborative law and divorce, family and elder mediation. Cyndy has three daughters, all graduates of Victor Central School District.
In addition to the Foundation Board, Cyndy serves on various community and professional boards and committees and in her free time enjoys rowing, photography and gardening.
Mike has been a board member of the Victor Central Schools Educational Foundation from its inception and serves as Vice President. In addition, he is a co-chairperson of the Fundraising committee. Mike is a 1986 graduate of Victor Central Schools and received a BBA degree from St. Bonaventure University. Mike began his career at Gannett Co., Inc. in 1992 and is currently the Financial Analyst for its East Regional sites in Rochester, Binghamton, Ithaca and Elmira.
Mike is married to Nicole (Sugg) ’87 and they have two daughters, Sarah and Sophia, who both attend VCS. He is the son of retired VCS school teacher, Clare Marro, Mike grew up in a home in which the importance of education and community was paramount.
In addition to the Education Foundation Board, Mike is co-founder and officer of the Victor Girls Tennis Booster Club. He has been active as an assistant coach for the Victor Girls Youth Lacrosse program, is involved with Heritage Christian Services and a parishioner at St. Patrick’s of Victor. In his free time, he likes to cook, take family road trips, and attend sporting events.
Jim has been a board member of the Victor Central Schools Educational Foundation since its inception and is currently serving as Treasurer. Jim graduated from Victor Central School in 1975. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from RIT and his MBA in 1982. Jim began his career at The Canandaigua National Bank and Trust Company in 1977. He is currently Vice President and Investment Officer and manages personal trusts, investment management accounts, estates, endowment funds and retirement accounts with a total value in excess of three hundred million dollars.
In addition to the Foundation Board, Jim is a lifetime member of the Victor United Methodist Church having chaired and served on numerous church boards, he has been Treasurer for 28 years of the Victor Scholarship Program Dollars for Scholars and he is a 29 year member and Past President of the Farmington Victor Kiwanis Club. In his free time Jim enjoys tinkering with his 1957 Chevy’s.
Cam has been a board member of the Victor Central Schools Educational Foundation from its inception. In addition to being Secretary of the Board of Trustees, he is also the chairperson of the Communications/Social Media Committee. Cam graduated from VCS in 2004. In 2008, he earned his Bachelors Degree in Communication from The University at Buffalo. He has worked for Paychex since June 2008.
Outside of work and the VCSEF, Cam enjoys spending time with friends and family, listening to music, and staying active.
Dawn Santiago-Marullo, Ed.D. has been a member of the Victor Central Schools Educational Foundation since its inception and is currently serving as District Liaison. She has been Superintendent of the Victor Central School District since March 2009. Dawn was previously the District's Director of Special Projects and Programs. Dawn also served as a Teacher Center Director and Staff Developer and from 1982 to 2000 she taught Spanish at Victor Senior High School. She is a graduate of Fairport High School, Nazareth College, SUNY Brockport and the University of Rochester where she earned her doctorate in 2010.
Currently, she serves on the Warner School of Education Dean's Advisory Committee, Finger Lakes Community College's Victor Campus Advisory Board, the Ontario ARC Advisory Committee and the Victor Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, Dawn enjoys playing with her granddaughter and reading for fun.
Keith Partington has been a board member of the Victor Central Schools Educational Foundation since its inception and is currently leading the Alumni Connections committee. Keith graduated from Victor Central School in 1979. Keith holds a bachelor’s degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and attended Nazareth College working toward an MS in Education.
Keith has worked at Microsoft Corporation for 25 years. He is currently an Account Executive on the Microsoft Northeast Education Team and is responsible for managing a dedicated territory of relationships in K-12 school districts and universities in New England. In 1997, Keith took a one year community leave of absence and worked for Science Linkages which is a non-profit organization within the Rochester Museum and Science Center. In this role, Keith developed the Community Computers for Youth Program that provided community outreach and technology development for organizations working with underserved youth in schools and community centers. Keith has also worked on many Microsoft citizenship initiatives that support workforce development programs and education.
