Together Including Every Student (TIES)
TIES is a Victor Central School District program that promotes belonging and participation for young people with special needs in extracurricular and community activities. Trained high school and middle school student volunteers provide the individualized support TIES participants need in a spirit of fun and learning. The student partnerships formed are based on shared interests and offer a natural impetus to friendship-building among group members. If you would like more information about the TIES program, please send an email to the TIES Coordinator: vcstiesprogram@gmail.com
TIES gives participants and volunteers the opportunity to develop:
- Leisure skills
- Community and School Connections
- Friendships
Apply to be a volunteer!
We encourage you to help your child take advantage of the many extracurricular activities that our schools and community have to offer by participating in TIES!
