Students sign in using their username and password
For password assistance, you can either see the librarian in your building or email techhelp@victorschools.org

Bring your broken Chromebook to your building librarian and you will be issued a loaner Chromebook while yours is being repaired. You are responsible for the care of your device. If your device is broken, you will be charged for the repair or a complete replacement of the device. 

Your building librarian can issue you a replacement charging cord if needed. 

First, try restarting the device, if it won't turn on, make sure it has been charged for at least 30 minutes. 

Check for light near charging port to verify the charging is working properly.
If none of this works, bring it to your building librarian. 

Yes! Students in grades 3-12 can use a district-issued Chromebook and should bring it with them to school daily.

Students in grades K-2 have Chromebooks to use in their classroom and are not issued a 1 to 1 device, so therefore they do not have to bring a Chromebook to school.

Yes! Students can make arrangements to leave their Chromebook at school in a safe place in their teacher's classroom or in their locker.

Chromebooks are the property of Victor Central School District and they will notify you when devices will be collected. The return date depends on the age of the device. You will be contacted when it is time to return your Chromebook.

If a student transfers or moves out of the District, the student is responsible for returning the Chromebook before leaving to avoid a replacement fee.
