Candidates for the Board of Education
The following three candidates are running for two seats on the Board of Education. To help you navigate your ballot easily on election day, candidates are listed below in the official order they will appear.
Bryan D. Adams

Personal Statement: I'm thrilled to run again for the Victor Central School District Board of Education. As a dedicated parent, community member, and business educator, I've experienced the power of education and am eager to continue contributing my expertise and passion to the district. Professionally, I possess skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and collaboration, which I have used to make informed decisions about resources and long-term goals for the district. I have demonstrated commitment to working closely with fellow board members, educators, administrators, and stakeholders to create a supportive, inclusive, and innovative learning environment. Understanding students' needs and maintaining open communication with parents and families is crucial. Informed by my direct work with staff and administrators, I will champion our shared focus on academic excellence, critical thinking, and career-ready innovation. In conclusion, my personal, professional, and community experiences give me con-fidence to continue serving on the Board of Education and to positively impact Victor's students and community. Community Activities: Vice President, Victor Central School District Board, coach and assistant coach for various Victor community and Greater Rochester area youth sports, former board member of Camp Stella Maris, former member of the Dean's Advisory Committee for St. John Fisher University School of Education, Section Five Boys' Volleyball Committee, RCAC League Chairman for boys' volleyball, various Victor Central School District Committees (Athletic Hall of Fame, District Safety, Facilities, Visual and Performing Arts Hall of Fame), member of Monroe County Schools and Community Safety Consortium.

Personal Statement: THANK YOU! It has been a privilege to serve on the board for the past nine years. Victor is a "destination district." It is incumbent upon the Board of Education to place the formation and well-being of students, the support and development of teachers, staff, and administration, the safety of all students and adults, the communication and collaboration with families, and the transparency with all of whom we serve at the forefront of what we do. We must continue to recognize and address the issues that are specific to our Victor community so we may continue to improve our practices, policies, and ways of proceeding. We must provide an innovative and inclusive learning environment that fosters and promotes academic excellence, social-emotional skills, critical thinking, and mental and physical health and wellness, while remaining fiscally responsible to the community. I would be honored to continue to serve our community.

Personal Statement: I am running for the Victor Board of Education to help ensure our schools remain strong, innovative, and responsive to our community. As a Victor Central School District alumnus, I believe deeply in public education and feel a personal commitment to protecting and strengthening the schools that helped shape me.
My priorities are clear: support every student and family, advocate for community stakeholders, invest wisely, and plan for the future. I believe in advancing school innovation while being mindful of our tax base, ensuring investments in academics, arts, and athletics are thoughtful, measurable, and built to last.
I bring experience previously serving on a Board of Education, along with our leadership on Victor's Community Advisory Group and Major Gift Fundraising Subcommittee. T hrough this work, and my advocacy for education across the greater Rochester community, I've worked alongside educators and community leaders to support meaningful outcomes.
Victor is truly a special community. I would be honored to help ensure every student and family can succeed, and I respectfully ask for your support.
