Strategic Plan

In 2021, our school district launched a comprehensive strategic planning process rooted in extensive feedback from a wide range of stakeholders, including parents, students, teachers, administrators, community members, and Board of Education members. This collaborative effort resulted in the development of district-wide goals focused on three key pillars: Culture, Learning & Instruction, and Student Support & Opportunities.

Each year, we build on this foundation by creating a management plan that outlines specific areas of focus aligned with these goals, helping guide our work and ensure continued progress for all students.
