District Happenings

The VSHS Student Council will once again be organizing the annual Holiday Food Drive to help families who are in need in the Victor-Farmington area. Last year we delivered food baskets to 86 families, and we are anticipating even more this year. Food collections (non-perishable items such as peanut butter, rice, canned tuna, canned chicken, beans, etc.) will start on Monday December 10th. We will also be accepting food donations at The Orchestra and Choir Concert on Monday December 17th in the lobby of the Performing Arts Center prior to the concert. Please consider making a contribution, and thank you for your generosity!

If you are interested in donating, your donation will also be excepted at the main office of the Senior High School.

The Victor Cares Club, in cooperation with the Victor-Farmington Food Cupboard and Foodlink, kicked-off the 2018-2019 Snackpack program over Columbus Day weekend. Last year, the program delivered food to more than 75 families. The Snackpack program is completely CONFIDENTIAL and is intended for families who need help providing food when school is not in session. Students in Pre-K through grade 12 qualify.

To participate in the FREE program, a parent or guardian needs to call 585-924-3252, ext. 5105 to register confidentially and leave an ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, and NUMBER OF CHILDREN. The only qualification is a stated need for extra food.  Requests to be added to the program OR removed from it if you no longer need it, can be made via email to BirkemeierL@Victorschools.org or McManisD@victorschools.org
